1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Vasoo Apps (“Vasoo Apps”, “we”, “us”) publishes mobile games. For the information we determine how to use, we are the controller or responsible business. The developer or seller details on the relevant app-store listing identify the publisher of your game. Contact us at hello@vasooapps.com.
This policy covers our games that link to it, and related player support. It does not automatically cover every website, client project or third-party game shown in our portfolio. Features and service providers vary by game, platform, version and region; only the sections relevant to the features you use apply. Additional in-game notices and the game’s store privacy disclosures provide further information. This policy does not itself grant consent to tracking.
2. Information that may be processed
- Game progress and preferences: levels, scores, inventory, virtual currency, achievements, saved progress, and sound, accessibility or language settings. Depending on the game, this information is stored on your device or through an available account or cloud-save feature.
- Device and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, language, IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, app-instance or installation identifiers, and crash or diagnostic information.
- Gameplay and usage: sessions, tutorial completion, level attempts and results, use of features, and interactions with offers or ads.
- Advertising and measurement: ad impressions, clicks, reward completion, ad revenue, referral or campaign information, consent choices, and advertising identifiers where access and use are permitted. Some attribution information is provided only in aggregated form.
- Purchases: product identifiers, transaction or receipt information, purchase time, amount, currency and entitlement status. Apple, Google or another authorized store processes your payment details; we do not receive your full payment-card number from an app-store purchase.
- Information you provide: your email address and the details or attachments you send when asking for support. If a game offers an optional account or online feature, its notice explains the additional information involved.
Information comes from you, your use of the game, your device, app stores, and the service providers described below. Our standard gameplay does not require access to your contacts, microphone, photos or precise location. Any optional feature that needs additional access will explain the purpose and request applicable permission.
3. Why information is used
- Operate the game, save progress, deliver rewards, and provide the features you request.
- Process and restore purchases, verify entitlements and help resolve purchase problems.
- Find crashes, balance levels, understand retention, and improve game performance and usability.
- Display and measure ads, prevent advertising fraud, and understand which campaigns bring players to our games.
- Answer support requests, protect the game and players, enforce our terms, and meet legal obligations.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of a contract for requested game features and purchases; legitimate interests for proportionate security, support and service improvement when these are not outweighed by your rights; legal obligations for required records and compliance; and consent for processing that requires it, including applicable advertising, device-storage or tracking activities. We request consent separately where required and you can withdraw it.
4. Ads, analytics and campaign measurement
Some games are supported by interstitial or optional rewarded ads. Advertising services may process device information, IP addresses, identifiers and ad interactions to deliver ads, limit repetition, prevent fraud and measure performance. Personalized advertising may use information about activity across apps or websites when permitted and, where required, with your consent.
Analytics helps us understand gameplay. Campaign measurement connects installs and later events, such as purchases or ad revenue, with advertising campaigns. Measurement can use aggregated reports and, where permitted, device-level information. A revenue event describes revenue earned from an ad or purchase; it is not a payment-card record.
On iOS, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before tracking that requires it or accessing the advertising identifier for that purpose. Declining tracking does not prevent you from playing. You may still see ads, and permitted contextual advertising, essential processing or aggregate measurement may continue.
Depending on the game, providers may include the following. This list describes services used or selected for our game portfolio; it does not mean every listed SDK is present in every game. Check the notices and advertising-provider list presented in your game, or contact us for details about a specific title.
- Google AdMob and Google’s consent tools: advertising, ad measurement and consent management. Google privacy policy and information about partner apps.
- Unity Ads, where enabled: advertising and ad measurement. Unity player privacy policy.
- GameAnalytics, where enabled: gameplay analytics and diagnostics. GameAnalytics privacy information.
- AppsFlyer or Adjust, where enabled: install attribution, campaign measurement and revenue reporting. AppsFlyer privacy policy; Adjust privacy policy.
- Meta, where enabled: advertising campaign and app-event measurement. Meta privacy policy.
- Apple and Google Play: app distribution, payments and applicable platform services. Apple privacy policy; Google privacy policy.
Advertising mediation can include additional ad providers identified in the game’s consent or provider information. A provider may process data on our behalf or act as a separate controller for purposes described in its own privacy notice.
5. When information is shared
We share relevant information with service providers supporting the functions above, app stores, and advertising or measurement partners where permitted. We may also disclose information when required by law, to address fraud or security incidents, to protect legal rights, or in connection with a merger, financing or transfer of the relevant business, subject to applicable safeguards. We do not publish your support correspondence as part of ordinary game use.
Some US privacy laws define “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include certain disclosures of identifiers and activity to advertising partners, even without a monetary payment. Where those activities occur and those laws apply, you may opt out as described below.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
- In-game choices: use the privacy or ad-consent control where available to review or change consent. For assistance finding the control in a particular game, contact us.
- iPhone and iPad: review tracking permissions in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Other device permissions can be changed in the game’s system settings.
- Android: use your device’s advertising and privacy settings to manage available advertising-ID and ad-personalization controls. Options vary by device and OS version.
- Local progress: removing the game’s local app data normally removes the local save. This does not automatically delete records held by service providers, an online account, app stores or device/cloud backups.
- Requests: email hello@vasooapps.com with the game name and your request. See privacy request instructions. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents unless a necessary, secure verification process is specifically arranged.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to know or access information, receive a portable copy, correct or delete it, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent or appeal a decision by contacting us. We may need proportionate information to verify a request and locate relevant records. We respond within applicable legal time limits and will explain any lawful exception. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You can also complain to your local data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some essential processing and legally required records may remain; device settings do not necessarily remove data already collected.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, including operating requested features, resolving support cases, preventing fraud and meeting legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Relevant criteria include whether you still use an account or service, whether a support issue is resolved, applicable limitation periods and required transaction-record periods. Local saves remain subject to device storage and backup settings. Providers apply their documented retention settings and legal obligations. Contact us for information about the records associated with your game.
8. International processing and security
Our providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, transfers rely on recognized adequacy decisions, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for details of the safeguards relevant to your information.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the information involved. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Children
Games covered by this general policy are not directed to children under 13. Where a higher age or parental authorization is required by local law for a particular activity, that requirement applies. An app-store content age rating describes content suitability; it does not by itself establish consent to data processing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a way that requires parental consent without that consent. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us with the game name so we can investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required. Any game specifically directed to children needs its own age-appropriate notices and safeguards.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as games, services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest revision. We provide additional notice of material changes and obtain new consent where required. A future feature with materially different data use will need an appropriate notice before that processing starts.
For privacy questions or requests, contact Vasoo Apps at hello@vasooapps.com. Please include the game’s name and platform.
