Mobile app development services for iOS and Android

Vasoo builds mobile apps end to end: from the first product conversation to a live listing in the App Store and Google Play. One team handles strategy, design, engineering, quality assurance and launch, so the product that ships is the product that was designed.

We work with startups building a first version and with established companies launching a new line or replacing an ageing app. The stack is chosen to fit the product and its roadmap: native SwiftUI and Kotlin when the app depends on the device, React Native or Flutter when a single codebase serves both stores better.

Because we publish and operate our own apps, we plan for what happens after launch from the start: review guidelines, subscription billing, analytics, ratings and the first rounds of iteration.

Who it is for

  • □Founders who need a first version built to a fixed scope and budget

Process

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Discover

We define the product, its users and the business case, audit any existing code or designs, and agree the scope, platform strategy and success metrics for the first release.

  2. 02

    Design

User flows, wireframes and a high-fidelity prototype: clickable for apps, playable for games. We test it with real users before production starts, so the build begins from validated screens and a core loop that is already fun.

  3. 03

    Build

Native or cross-platform, decided in Discover. Two-week sprints, a TestFlight or Play build at the end of each, automated tests and a CI pipeline from the first week.

  4. 04

    Launch and grow

Store listing, screenshots, review submission and release. After launch we run analytics, A/B tests on onboarding and paywalls, and a roadmap for the next versions.

FAQ

Mobile app development questions

What is included in mobile app development services?

Everything needed to take a product from idea to store: discovery and scope, UX and UI design, iOS and Android engineering, backend and API work, testing, store submission and post-launch support. Individual stages can also be taken on their own, for example design only or a rebuild of an existing app.

How do you decide between native and cross-platform?

In Discover we look at the features that depend on the device (camera, sensors, health data, background work), performance requirements, the size of the team that will maintain the app, and how quickly both platforms are needed. Native wins when the app is deeply tied to the device; cross-platform wins when one codebase and one team is the priority.

Do you build the backend as well as the app?

Yes. Most apps need authentication, data, APIs and push infrastructure. We build these with Supabase, Firebase or a custom Node and Postgres stack, or integrate with a backend your team already runs.

How do you handle App Store review?

Guidelines are part of the plan from the first sprint: privacy manifests, App Tracking Transparency, in-app purchase rules and content policies. We prepare the submission, respond to review questions and handle resubmissions until the app is live.

What happens after launch?

We monitor crashes and performance, review analytics, and run the first rounds of iteration on onboarding, paywalls and retention. Ongoing work continues as a dedicated team or as scoped releases.
