Mobile game development for iOS and Android
Vasoo develops and publishes mobile games as well as apps. Our own hyper-casual, puzzle, idle and trivia titles are live in the App Store, and the same team builds games for studios, brands and founders.
Every game starts as a playable prototype. We find the core loop that is fun in the first ten seconds, test it with real players, and only then commit to levels, art and content. That keeps budgets on the ideas that hold attention.
Launch is planned from the start: monetisation through ads and in-app purchases, Game Center and Google Play Games, analytics, store listings and the soft launch that tunes retention before a wider release.

Technologies
Process
How the work runs
- 01
Discover
We define the product, its users and the business case, audit any existing code or designs, and agree the scope, platform strategy and success metrics for the first release.
- 02
Design
User flows, wireframes and a high-fidelity prototype: clickable for apps, playable for games. We test it with real users before production starts, so the build begins from validated screens and a core loop that is already fun.
- 03
Build
Native or cross-platform, decided in Discover. Two-week sprints, a TestFlight or Play build at the end of each, automated tests and a CI pipeline from the first week.
- 04
Launch and grow
Store listing, screenshots, review submission and release. After launch we run analytics, A/B tests on onboarding and paywalls, and a roadmap for the next versions.

FAQ
Mobile game development questions
What kinds of mobile games do you develop?
Casual, hyper-casual, puzzle, arcade, idle and trivia games for phones and tablets. Our own published titles cover idle tycoon, physics puzzle, arcade, runner and trivia race formats.
How do mobile games make money?
Most mobile games are free to play and earn through rewarded and interstitial ads, in-app purchases, or a mix of both. We design the economy and ad placements with the core loop, so monetisation supports retention instead of fighting it.
Which engine do you use?
Unity for most 2D and 3D mobile games, because one codebase ships to both stores and the ad and analytics SDKs are mature. SpriteKit is an option for simple iOS-only titles.
How long does it take to make a mobile game?
A playable prototype takes days to a few weeks. A launch-ready casual game takes a few months, depending on content volume, art and live features. We confirm the timeline after the prototype proves the core loop.
Who owns the game?
You do. Source, art, store accounts and analytics are yours. We can also publish and operate the game on your behalf.
