Android app development company for Kotlin and Jetpack Compose

We build native Android apps in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose that behave correctly across the real Android landscape: many manufacturers, screen sizes, foldables, OS versions and aggressive battery management.

Native Android is the right choice when the product needs deep platform integration, when Google Play is the primary market, or when the app must run well on mid-range devices where cross-platform overhead shows.

We handle Google Play's policy and data-safety requirements, Play Billing for subscriptions, and the release tracks, from internal testing to staged production rollouts.

Process

How the work runs

  1. 01

    Discover

We define the product, its users and the business case, audit any existing code or designs, and agree the scope, platform strategy and success metrics for the first release.

  2. 02

    Design

User flows, wireframes and a high-fidelity prototype: clickable for apps, playable for games. We test it with real users before production starts, so the build begins from validated screens and a core loop that is already fun.

  3. 03

    Build

Native or cross-platform, decided in Discover. Two-week sprints, a TestFlight or Play build at the end of each, automated tests and a CI pipeline from the first week.

  4. 04

    Launch and grow

Store listing, screenshots, review submission and release. After launch we run analytics, A/B tests on onboarding and paywalls, and a roadmap for the next versions.

FAQ

Android app development questions

Do you build Android apps in Kotlin or a cross-platform framework?

Both. For native Android we use Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. When one codebase for both stores fits the roadmap better, we recommend React Native or Flutter and are explicit about the trade-offs.

How do you deal with device fragmentation?

By designing for it: adaptive layouts, a tested set of OS versions and manufacturers, Firebase Test Lab runs, and careful handling of background limits and permissions that differ between vendors.

Can you migrate a Java app to Kotlin and Compose?

Yes. We migrate incrementally, screen by screen, so the app keeps shipping during the transition, and we add tests as we go.

What about Google Play policy reviews?

Data safety declarations, permissions justification, subscription disclosures and content policies are handled as part of the release plan. We prepare the console and respond to policy questions.
